Do we need a developer?
Not for Shopify. We connect your store with you during onboarding. For a headless or custom store, your developer uses the API and the reference that comes with your keys.
Where does the stock sit?
Under bond in the UK, in the same pool that serves your marketplace and online grocery sales. Duty is settled as each order leaves, and London rapid orders come from duty-paid stock held in the city.
How is age verification handled?
Every order carries its age-check requirement. Delivery is age-verified at the door, and the result is posted back with the delivery event.
Can orders from the EU be fulfilled?
Yes, for the markets we serve. Stock moves under bond to the Netherlands hub and on to an in-country bond, duty is paid there, and the order is delivered locally. See how stock moves across the mainland.
