Fulfilment by Shelfdrop.

Selling drinks online only works if every order lands. Ours do: every order type, from one bonded stock pool, picked, packed and delivered by the same system, with every order in the portal as it happens.

01 · Website orders

Brand stores, from the same stock.

Orders from your own store flow straight into the Shelfdrop system and out of the same bonded stock as every other channel. No separate inventory, no separate warehouse, no separate reporting.

  • Orders captured automatically from your store
  • Duty settled on release, picked and packed the same day
  • Age-verified delivery, with tracking back to the customer

After the sale

Your store. Properly connected.

Keep your website, your checkout and your customer. Shelfdrop is the system behind the buy button: stock, duty, picking, delivery and the data flowing back.

02 · Amazon orders

Vendor, Seller and FBA, from one stock pool.

Amazon buys as a vendor, sells through Seller Central and fulfils through FBA, and each one wants stock in a different way. FBS feeds all three from the same bonded pool.

Vendor purchase orders

  • Purchase orders accepted and confirmed in the portal
  • Consolidated deliveries into Amazon's fulfilment centres on shared pallets
  • ASNs, carton labels and delivery slots generated for every shipment

Seller Central and FBA

  • Seller orders picked, packed and shipped by us, with tracking
  • FBA prep, labelling and inbound shipments when stock is better held by Amazon
  • Receipts reconciled against what was sent
03 · Tesco.com orders

Marketplace orders, dispatched to spec.

Online grocery marketplaces have their own order formats, service levels and packaging rules. FBS receives the order, picks and dispatches it within the required window, and sends the tracking and compliance data back the way the retailer wants it.

  • Orders received through the marketplace and confirmed automatically
  • Picked, packed and dispatched inside the service window
  • Tracking and delivery data returned to the retailer's spec
  • Returns and customer queries handled on the retailer's terms
04 · Other channels

Every other channel, same rails.

Specialist retailers, other online grocers, rapid-delivery apps and trade accounts all draw from the same stock pool and the same system, whether the order is one bottle to a doorstep or a pallet to a distribution centre.

  • Specialist and premium online retailers
  • Rapid-delivery apps beyond London
  • Trade deliveries for the brands we import, from duty-paid stock
  • Under bond or duty paid, as each channel requires

FBS FAQs

Straight answers.

Do we need our own warehouse or licences?
No. Stock sits in our bonded storage, and we hold the licences and approvals needed to release it, sell it and deliver it. Orders from every channel are fulfilled from that one pool.
How does stock get to Amazon?
Vendor purchase orders are consolidated with other brands' stock into Amazon's fulfilment centres on shared pallets, so you only pay for the space you use. Seller Central orders are shipped by us or, where it makes sense, prepped and sent into FBA.
Who deals with the customer?
We do, in your brand's name: delivery queries, returns and refunds, on every consumer order.

Every order, one system.

The same system behind every bottle we sell, on every channel, with every order in the portal as it happens.
